Adult Fitness Classes

Tone It Up

Strengthen both cardiovascular and muscular systems with the use of freeweights, floor exercises, weight machines and resistance equipment. Workout sessions emphasize increasing muscular endurance, strength, flexibility and balance. You will receive a total body shaping in this class!


Yoga helps to stretch the muscles, improve balance and build core strength. Fundamental postures, breathwork and relaxation techniques are introduced, making this a great class for all skill levels. We do not have a dedicated chair yoga class, however chairs are available to use if you would like. Our instructor will be more than happy to show you alternate yoga options. Led by coach Jannette.

POUND Rockout Workout

POUND is a group fitness class that combines cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming to achieve a full-body workout. Using lightly weighted drumsticks (called Ripstix™) participants can expect to burn between 500-900 calories per class and will be performing over 15,000 reps per session! We play the music loud and ROCKOUT to the best workout ever! All leveles of ability are welcome. Led by coach Jannette. 


Energize focuses on High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT workouts will increase your aerobic capacity and accelerate fat burning while building strength, muscular endurance, and power. With every workout, you’ll work more muscle tissue and keep calories burning for hours longer than traditional training.This is a low-impact cardio class with the benefit of a lot of stretching at the beginning and end of each class. Led by Coach Jannette.


This is a combination of Tone It Up and Small Group.  You'll get to cross train with both cardio based training and strength training.

Small Group

Small Group is a variety of coach led weight training exercises targeted to build muscle, tone the body, and help you reach your individual goals.
