Trilogy Performance Sports now has a second location at 71 Phoenix Drive, Cadiz, Kentucky. ​

Our new facility owner/operator is Kyle Noffsinger. Kyle and his family are no strangers to Trigg County, having lived here from 2013-2020. His two oldest daughters are graduates of Trigg County Schools and his wife April worked for years as an assistant basketball coach for the Lady Wildcats.

Hours of Operation

For all "open gym" members our hours will be:

Monday - Friday 5:00 am to 8:00 pm

Saturday 6:00 am to 2:00 pm

Sunday Closed

For anyone 18 YEARS OLD & OLDER there will be the option of after hours use which includes Sunday access, for an additional fee each month.

Pricing & Discounts

Open Gym: Access to all equipment during regular hours of operation - $30.00 a month for individual.

After Hour Access: 4:00 am - 12:00 am FOR THOSE 18 & OLDER - $34.99 per month for individual

Discounts:

Active Military/First Responder 50%

Family Member - 25% for each IMMEDIATE family member

Inactive Military - 15%

Trigg County Students: $20.00 per month. Parent/legal guardian must sign the student up. Students under 14 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN WHO IS A GYM MEMBER AT ALL TIMES. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

Trilogy Performance Sports Cadiz is more than just a gym. It's a place where you can train with top branded equipment like Hammer Strength and Life-fitness and have options of both plate loaded and selectorized machines. 

We have basketball and Pickleball courts. Come join us and be part of a friendly and supportive community!

Trilogy Performance Sports Cadiz is for dues paying members only. Those using facility without paying will be trespassing. The facility will be under video surveillance at all times. We want to provide our community with a fitness center they can be proud of for decades to come. We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you soon
