Day passes can be purchased at our front desk for $8.00 plus tax. This will grant you access to the use of our gym and any classes scheduled that day.

Monthly Membership Rates
Open Gym
$30 + tax
Come in and work out on your own with our cardio equipment and weight room.
This is the membership level that is included with Silver Sneakers.
Family Plan
Fitness Class Package
$45 + tax
This is a GREAT package deal! Included in this is Open Gym, plus ALL of our adult classes: Yoga, Cardio Kickboxing, Energize, POUND and Boot Camp.
Sport Specific Training
Small Group Package
$60 + tax
This package includes Open Gym plus ALL our adult classes: Yoga, Cardio Kickboxing, Energize, POUND and Boot Camp. Small Group is a group class with a max of 4-6 people. This class is designed to be more personalized through individually tracked workouts and progress, body scans and monthly goal reviews. The body scan measures and weighs the body, figures body fat and suggests macro nutrients.
$100 + tax
If you AND your spouse AND your kids want to get active, this is the best membership package for you. It includes Open Gym, all classes and Small Group.

Variable Rate
Throughout the year we offer different kid's team sports training. Inquire with us about opportunities and time slots for you and/or your team to get in the gym here for extra reps for your sport with our coaches.
